The terms this site and our quotes run on

The figures on this website
Every payback figure, generation estimate and price on this site is an estimate produced by a published model from inputs you can see and change. None of it is a quotation, an offer, or a promise about your property.
The model uses flat annual assumptions. It does not model a half-hourly generation or consumption profile, storage, grants, VAT relief, or your tariff on renewal day. Real outcomes move away from it, sometimes considerably.
Quotations
A written quotation is valid for thirty days and is conditional on the survey findings it was based on remaining true. Where a roof is found on the day to need work the array cannot sit on, we stop and requote rather than proceed.
Cancellation
Where a contract is agreed away from our premises you have fourteen days to cancel without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start inside that period and then cancel, we may charge for work already done.
Warranties
Panel and inverter warranties are the manufacturers’, on their terms, and we will pursue a claim on your behalf. Our own workmanship warranty runs five years from handover and is insurance backed so that it survives us.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability under any contract is limited to the contract price.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
